1. General Policy
At Jobaida Printing & Packaging Ltd. (JPPL), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. This policy applies to JPPL branded and non-branded store products. However, customized orders have a different policy, which is outlined separately.
2. Returns & Refunds for JPPL Branded & Non-Branded Store Products
Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
✅ It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
❌ Items without original packaging or missing parts.
❌ Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Email support@jobaidapack.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Shipping the Item: You must return the product at your own expense unless the issue is due to a JPPL error.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method
💳 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
3. Customized Orders Policy
No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders
Customized orders are made specifically for you based on your design, size, and requirements. As a result, these orders cannot be returned or refunded unless:
✅ There is a manufacturing defect.
✅ The wrong product was delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Custom Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email admin@jobaidapack.com or Whatsapp +8801568316131 with images and order details.
- Review & Resolution: We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or correction of the order.
- No Refunds for Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for customized products, but we will work to resolve any issues.
